Henning Lux (CEO)
Henning Lux has more than
10 years of experience in software
development for the pharma and
life science industry. In 1996 he
commenced the development of trialink,
an internet based EDC system which
was successfully brought to market in
1998. He has assisted numerous major
pharmaceutical companies in their
implementation of EDC and has been
responsible for the roll-out of more
than 50 trials.
Together with Quadratek Ltd. he
founded QDS in 2003, his aim being
to improve the conduct of electronic
trials by eliminating the obstacles
encountered with the day-to-day
operation of EDC.
Ian Mills (CTO)
Ian Mills brings 18 years
software development and consulting
experience to QDS, with half of that
experience gained in solutions for the
pharmaceutical industry. Ian worked as
a consultant at IBM where he was
involved in the development and roll out
of life science solutions. Prior to joining
QDS in 2004 he was the CTO at a well
known EDC solutions provider, where
he was responsible for leading the
software development.
Ian Bradbrook (Director of Clinical
Operations)
Ian Bradbrook brings 30 years of
experience in various aspects of the
conduct of clinical trials. A graduate in
chemistry from the University of London
he performed research in the field of
human pharmacokinetics and published
many scientific papers in cooperation
with other members of the staff at Guys
Hospital, London. As a result of this
experience he co-founded Guys Drug
Research Unit (GDRU Ltd) with the aim of
providing a centre of excellence for the
conduct of Phase I/II studies on behalf
of the pharmaceutical industry. Since
leaving GDRU after serving 13 years as
a Director he has been involved with the
introduction of EDC technology in the
clinical trials process for a number of
pharmaceutical companies.
